We will lead the Preconstruction meeting to coordinate contractors, consultants, and building owners to review the schedule, lead times, coordination between trades, and solve potential problems impacting construction.
We will review all Applications for Payment, Work Orders, and Change Orders and submit them to the client for payment.
We will visit the construction site to review the progress of construction, evaluate the schedule, coordinate between contractors and consultants, and report the project status to the owner.

We will review and approve or request revision of the detailed Shop Drawings and Submittals provided by the contractors and fabricators.
We will coordinate Construction Completion and Occupancy with the owner’s team and consultants.

Upon Substantial Completion, we will prepare Detailed “Punch Lists of incomplete or defective work to be completed by contractors prior to issuance of final payment and assist the owner in obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy and final lein releases from contractors in exchange for final payment.
